We received some feedback that the resolution status "INVALID" was seen as being too strong a term. We don't want to discourage bug reports and calling a report "Invalid" could give the wrong impression.
So I've change that string to "NOTABUG" (Not a Bug) which is softer, but expresses the same idea, namely that the defect report does not actually report a bug. It might be a user confused about how a a feature works, or asking a "how to question" or something like that. Also, I've added a new resolution category "OBSOLETE". This is for cases where we have an old defect report that references functionality that no longer exists. For example, there are many reports about the old Kenai infrastructure at OpenOffice.org. These reports, even if valid at the time, are now obsolete.
