I have been having an issue with spell check in OO 4.0.1 It is in Windows Terminal Server 2012R2 environment. (Supposedly equivalent of Win 8.1) After installation of OO 4.0.1 spell check did not work. No blue check mark on default language, no available language modules in writing aids. Same behavior for all users including administrator. After installation of updated English dictionary 2014.01.01 spell check started to work in administrator account. I have reinstalled the dictionary as multi-user extension. After logging into different account Extension manager still shows the old dictionary and as single-user. After clicking Remove on the English dictionary, it flips to the new version and with a lock icon because it is installed system wide. So far so good. Now I restart the OO and spell check works! And now the weird part: this procedure works only on SOME accounts. On others it behaves exactly the same way except no blue check mark, no available language modules, no spell check. There is no difference between the accounts I can see, resetting OO user profile doesn't do anything. (Except you have to repeat the procedure of removing old English dictionary which seems to be pushed to user profile by default)

Could someone with better knowledge of internal workings of OO suggest
some fix or workaround?
