Unconfirmed bugs which can not be evaluated (e.g. lack of knowledge or lack of hardware) get keyword needhelp. Currently, according [1]https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Issue_lifecycle : Unconfirmed bug with lacking description -> keyword=needmoreinfo -> 14 days with no answer -> Status=RESOLVED-IRREPRODUCIBLE. I suggest: Unconfirmed bug with lacking resources to evaluate -> keyword=needhelp -> 30 days with no answer -> Status=RESOLVED-QA_GAP.
