I don't know but it sounds useful and can be done short after a release
where not many new things have to be tested.

creating an issue make sense, maybe we should add a new category for
this. And these issues should be addressed in the same way as other
issues. Ok they probably no showstopper for a release but QA work is
very important and we should do our best to make the test case intuitive
and understandable to use and execute.
