The only manual process is to upgrade your account level to QA auditor. You have the following permission bits set on your account: canconfirm Can confirm a bug or mark it a duplicate editbugs Can edit all bug fields qa-team Members of the AOO QA team registered-user All registered users I also wonder if maybe Yuhzen can help speed out the process.
