I just noticed that the latest version available from the people creating

Would it still be possible to include that version in RC2 if they update it
at the Extensions site?

I see some confusion at
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/european-portuguese-dictionaries

Maintainers of bundled extensions are expected to always upload their releases to the Extensions site.

The site offers you to host the extension either locally or on another server, but dictionaries are a build dependency, so we won't include external download URLs (simple reason: if uminho.pt turns off their server, the OpenOffice binary releases can't be built).

Here I see that the maintainers uploaded a version numbered 14.7.8.2 that is externally hosted (on uminho.pt). To fix this, they must upload a version with a higher number that is internally hosted (on extensions.openoffice.org). Otherwise, it will happen that OpenOffice reports an available update upon install. The latest version appearing at http://sourceforge.net/projects/aoo-extensions/files/1196/ is the one that will be included.

  Andrea.
