Ah, Cambridge.  I used at Lotus Development Corporation, many years
ago, both in Lechmere and Kendall Square.   Boca Grande burritos,
yummm...   But now I'm out in the 'burbs.

Wow, it sounds like you have a great set of skills and experience.

If you are entirely new to open source you might want to review some
of the other orientation pages as well, so you get a feel for how
we're organized and how we make decisions.  It is very different from
a hierarchical top-down corporate structure.  We're very "flat" and
self-directed.

We just release Apache OpenOffice 4.1.1 last week.  So reviewing
incoming bug reports from users, to see if there is anything
surprising (we hope not!) found by them in this release is a good
place to start.   You can find details in the "Easy QA Task: Confirm
New Defect Reports" section of the QA Orientation page.
