The enclosed patch (against the latest code in CVS) fixes compilation under
Fedora Core 19 (i.e. ffmpeg 1.2.5) and Fedora Core 20 (i.e. ffmpeg 2.1.3),
hopefully without breaking the build under older versions of ffmpeg.
Also, here are some bugs I've noticed. Seems that most of these were reported
by other people months ago.
1) Selected and highlighted colors are always black.
Can be patched by editing the generated highlighted.png and selected.png files,
modifying the color palette, then rerunning spumux.
I dug around qdvdauthor/dvdmenu.cpp and qdvdauthor/buttonobject.cpp but haven't
figured out the problem yet.
2) Only "up" property of buttons are set.
Can be patched by modifying the generated menu.xml to add "down", "left", and
"right" entries, then rerunning the spumux command-line.
3) Multiple DVD menus generate an empty titleset, which fails under dvdauthor.
Can be patched by moving one of the videos into the empty titleset, and
adjusting the commands to point to the video's new location.
