Instead of MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED, MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED
should be used here. MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED defines the lower
bound of the version range supported by the build while
MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED defines the upper bound. Since the build
referencing vmnet_enable_isolation_key would not properly work on
macOS <11.0, the lower bound must be checked.
MacOSX.sdk/usr/include/AvailabilityMacros.h has a more detailed
explanation.

I'm CCing people receiving macOS 12 support patch series since we had
similar discussions there too.
