Well, there is a change log in the archive and here it is:
version 1.3.0pre6:
- compile fix for Linux kernel version >= 2.6.16
- better null LDT handling (aka Plan9 and ReactOS bug)
- moved monitor code to another address (aka win2k 256 MB bug)
