Short answer is with only these patches, no. I believe Windows doesn't
run on the Spitz PDA - it comes with Linux from factory.
I don't know about Windows CE but Windows Mobile runs on a lot of PXA
based PDAs so these PXA patches can certainly be helpful for emulating
one of these PDAs and then you could perhaps run Ms Windows.
