It is not mentioned that KQEMU is incompatible with Win98SE.

Suggested fix: support Win98SE. Is there a good technical reason why it
can't be supported?
Temporary workaround: clearly state on the webpage and in documentation that
KQEMU is not compatible with Win9x. (This has wasted a considerable amount
of the time of myself and others on the forum trying to diagnose the
problem.)
Other notes:
* QEMU still prints a message "Could not open \\.\kqemu" under Win98SE,
though FILEMON indicates it is not looking *anywhere* for any KQEMU
components.
* Also, \\.\kqemu is not a legal pathname under any version of Windows.
* Also, there should be an easier way to report bugs which does not require
signing up to yet another mailing list.

Regards.
