target/arm/cpregs.h uses the FIELD() macro defined in
"hw/registerfields.h". Include it in order to avoid when
refactoring unrelated headers:

  target/arm/cpregs.h:347:30: error: expected identifier
  FIELD(HFGRTR_EL2, AFSR0_EL1, 0, 1)
                               ^
