There's a difference between "I wrote the comments / documentation and then asked the AI to check it for grammatical mistakes" or "I wrote the documentation in my own language and asked it to translate" and "I asked the AI to write or draft the documentation starting from nothing". I think the first two are OK, but not so much the third. -- PMM
