The binary data matches with what I tested with this patch, but it misses the __note, please re-generate with the current Makefile to make it aligned with the rest headers; also it won't show up as modifications with re-generations then. The other thing is I saw we added enforcements to use SPDX license identifiers since last year (b36934063c5), IIUC we can add that line into __note of the Makefile.
