memory_region_init*() takes an @owner argument that becomes the
QOM parent of the MemoryRegion object. When NULL is passed the
region is silently reparented under /machine/unattached, hiding
its lifetime owner.

Convert trivial owner==NULL sites in board init functions and
device realize functions across small subdirectories. The owner
is the enclosing machine or device in every case:
