As this is a draft extension we need to support the latest version as
described here [1].
So this will need to support version 0.49
Rahul has a POC for smsdid and smmpt version 0.49. He's polishing some bits
w.r.t needed opensbi + qemu changes before sending them upstream.
Just letting you all know in case Zhiwei or someone else is planning to send
a 0.49 update. Thanks,
