Thanks for this fix.
I can confirm I didn't see this needed to be updated, simply because I
only ran make check-tcg (which didn't retrigger it), and use ninja/meson
test for everything else.
Maybe the best place to generate this file would be from meson itself,
as a custom_target run by default.
What do concerned folks think?
