Changes in v2: - Timer: make hit_time local, preserve stopped CNT verbatim, and set both VMState version fields to 2. - RCC: mirror HSION into HSIRDY and PLLI2SON into PLLI2SRDY as well. - Extend the qtests for stopped CNT and the additional clock-ready bits.
