[PATCH 14/26] target/s390x: define and call helpers using HELPER macro

In a upcoming commit, we'll prefix all helpers and helper_info with target
prefix, to disambiguate symbols between targets. As a first step, we need to
make sure all usages are using the existing HELPER macro.
