configure puts a bunch of things in config-target.mak that do not
really belong there; a better place is either config-host.mak or
target-*/cpu.h. This series cleans it up.

Paolo Bonzini (5):
  configure: move TARGET_*_ALIGNMENT to target-*/cpu.h
  cpu: default TARGET_LONG_ALIGNMENT to TARGET_LONG_SIZE
  configure: move CONFIG_QEMU_LDST_OPTIMIZATION to config-host.mak
configure: move common libraries to config-host.mak
  configure: CONFIG_NO_XEN is duplicated
