This is rework of in-kernel XICS on top of "[PATCH 00/11] pseries: migration and QOM support" + compile fix patch + XICS migration fix patch.
Migration from XICS to XICS-KVM and vice versa works. In this series, XICS-KVM inherits from XICS. I do not really see the point of adding one more XICS-common here. Any comments? Thanks.
