The contributor agreement isn't silly. What is silly, and frustrating, are
these stupid delays between comments/respin/etc. If you're trying to make
some point about the contributor agreements, sign-offs, etc. please make it
elsewhere.
Apart form that, I would like to apologise for the time taken and all
the problems involved. I've been through some personal issues lately.
Won't happen again.
