Set the default CPU.

Arguments:

- "index": the CPU's index (json-int)

Example:

-> { "execute": "cpu", "arguments": { "index": 0 } }
<- { "return": {} }

Note: CPUs' indexes are obtained with the 'query-cpus' command.
