[Qemu-devel] Where is ehci hiding ?

Google sees patches to hw/usb-ehci.c from time to time, in
http://www.mail-archive.com/qemu-devel@nongnu.org/msg37741.html for
instance.  Where is that code hiding, since I just can't find it in
the git tree?
