It's just the smell, like a good french cheese :-) sPAPR as "server Power Architecture® Platform Requirements", which is really "Power Architecture® Platform Requirements+" with the "server" bit added by us to differenciate from the newer ePAPR for embedded :-) A bit messy ... but sPAPR is what we tend to call it nowadays.
