If presence of "special2_legacy" instructions and presence of MXU instructions 
are mutually exclusive (and I believe they are (why would they occupy the same 
opcode space unless they exclude each other?), but at this time don't have 
enough CPU documentation materials to 100% confirm that), I think this is the 
way to go.
