[PATCH 07/14] block/nbd: drop nbd_free_connect_thread()

[Vladimir Sementsov-Ogievskiy]

Now it's only a wrapper on g_free, we don't need it. Also, it's
clearing the state of nbd connect thread callback, not thread itself,
so name is not very good. Drop it.
