Looking at qemu_send_packet_async, I found some other problems. send_enabled is accessed by both a dispatch queue thread and an iothread but not protected for multi-thread use. Another problem is that VMNET_INTERFACE_PACKETS_AVAILABLE is silently ignored when send_enabled is not set. It should call vmnet_read after setting send_enabled. Finally, vmnet_send clamps pkt_cnt, but the remaining available packets should also be read.
