The same to h/sstateen1~3.I think its better to keep them separate as it will anyway be required once they are defined.
Only a few bits in mstateen0 is used currently. It may need a long time before mstateen1~3 to be used.
And it's very easy to separate it out if required. So it seems unnecessary to copy two times to prepare
