[PATCH v2 04/13] hw/ppc/e500: Reduce usage of sysbus API

PlatformBusDevice has an mmio attribute which gets aliased to
SysBusDevice::mmio[0]. So PlatformbusDevice::mmio can be used directly,
avoiding the sysbus API.
