See, that's what I thought at first, since looking around online, you should easily get 10Gbps. However, with vmnet on macOS hosts, you get ~1.5 Gbps (using TAP devices gives you at most 5 Gbps). I can't tell whether this is a problem with vmnet, or if I'm doing something wrong (I looked at the vmnet-specific files to see if there were some areas for improvement, but nothing stood out to me).
