When you say alt-grab and cnt-grab, what do you mean? It looks like grab in 
this context is a key on the keyboard. 

It might be possible to use SDL with QEMU on Mac OS X, but I can guarantee it 
won't be easy. When I tried it a year ago, I couldn't make it work. 

If you just want to be able to use the control-alt key combination inside the 
guest operating system, then simply changing these keys inside the cocoa.m file 
would be a lot easier than using SDL. The code you need to change is located 
inside this method: - (void) handleEvent:(NSEvent *)event
