[Qemu-discuss] how only install qemu for intel x86 ?

I don't want qemu for emulating anything but intel x86.  The OS on host 
PC is Ubuntu 14.04.4 32 bit.  Are there specific command line options 
for 'configure' and 'make' to build and install only files for intel x86 
emulation?
