Yes, you can either download a weekly created 'nightly' standalone installer build: http://qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/index.html#location-of-prereleases-nightly-builds Or using osgeo4w installer you can install the development version which can be updated every night. ^^^ @all please help us test this version! as this will become the new 2.10 version. And the more users test this in their daily GIS work, and report bugs, the better 2.10 will be!
