I just dug thru my Time Machine backups and have an r15395 with the buggered Help menu order. So that narrows it down. But maybe it affects Macs differently for the menu ordering. Note that it needs r15387 to compile on a Mac (some bits were missed). So, where does the Help menu appear on other systems?
