I don't know if this idea has been raised or not, a quick google search
did not lead to anything.
I wonder if it would be feasible to introduce the option of adding a
project as a reference, as you can do in autocad.
Basically, this would be a new type of layer, where you could specify
the scale visibility for example. Layers do not need to be editable and
they shouldn't.
The advantage is that you can insert a "base" project into many children
project. The base layers will be regrouped into one.
Anybody ever thought about this?
Do you have any idea of the amount of work?
