It returns false when I try passing either "kml" or "ogr" as the importer.
Because I get the same result in the console with
>>> layer = QgsVectorLayer("/Users/[me]/wkt2/kml/ar-02.kml","ar","kml")
This leads me to think it is a simple file location problem, but I am
providing the direct path to the file. Is there another path variable I
need to set?
