Same here, clean rebuild does not help.
Removing the Qsci part in FindQScintilla.cmake fixes things.
Same here. I had to manually define
-DQSCINTILLA_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/qt4
instead of /usr/include/qt4/Qsci
