In 2013, hundreds of people participated in the FrenchQGIS users day
(http://www.agrotic.org/blog/seminaire-qgis-2-0/). This Year Montpellier
Sup'Agro and AgroTIC Services renew the experience with a Second
edition, which aims to present the new QGIS and collect user testimony.
