I'm afraid I can't,
currently it creates a bug !
When installing from QGIS plugin repository,
it gives an error message.
This error message would be because the plugin name and folder name are
different.
So one way or another, the folder name has to be changed to match the
plugin name !

So you see we don't have much choice here...
