Correct. The UbuntuGIS packages use the Debian GIS packaging, which is not co-installable. The upstream grass packages for Ubuntu will now be maintained by the GRASS developers in UbuntuGIS instead of their own PPA. The Ubuntu packages may regain the ability to co-install, I'm not sure what Martin's plans are about that. That's still something we need to discuss. > If anybody has more information regarding this please let us know It was briefly discussed on grass-dev, see: https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/grass-dev/2015-November/077439.html Kind Regards, Bas -- GPG Key ID: 4096R/6750F10AE88D4AF1 Fingerprint: 8182 DE41 7056 408D 6146 50D1 6750 F10A E88D 4AF1 _______________________________________________ Qgis-developer mailing list Qgis-developer@lists.osgeo.org List info: http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-developer Unsubscribe: http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-developer
