I looked at this issue more closely, and you are right, the plugin manager downloads from [1] a HTML with redirection message: <html><body>You are being <a href="https://codeload.github.com/ctu-osgeorel-proj/bp-pesek-2016/zip/master";>redirected</a>.</body></html> I fixed the issue by using `https://codeload.github.com/ctu-osgeorel-proj/bp-pesek-2016/zip/master`.
