BTW, I think it would be good to expand on this; in general, the project would gain from a closer relation with OGC, updating constantly our listing, seeking certification where possible, etc. I think this would be most suited for commercial firms around QGIS, rather than for the main project itself - our limited resources could be better spent in infrastructure, bugfixing, etc. If some of them is interested, please speak out.
