looks like the docs are outdated and the way to call the algorithm is now different
ALGORITHM: Select by location INPUT <ParameterVector> INTERSECT <ParameterVector> PREDICATE <ParameterGeometryPredicate> PRECISION <ParameterNumber> METHOD <ParameterSelection> OUTPUT <OutputVector> The PRECISION parameter is not documented in the help file.
