Hi All, I am Sai Harsh from India. I am using QGIS from past 8 months. I want to know is the new QGIS supports both Python 3 and Python 2? Can I install plugin after building it without restarting qgis?.(the new plugin is stored in ../python/plugin) If I install QGIS do I need to install plugin builder separately?
