Hi QGIS devs, some time ago I took care about maintaining GRASS packages in UbuntuGIS project (unstable and experimental PPAs - currently I am working on new QGIS 2.18 packages, see ubuntugis-experimental). It also includes related gdal-grass and qgis packages [1]. QGIS packages are maintained transparently in git repo [2] (ubuntu/trusty + xenial) branches. It would be nice to join forces. QGIS now offers its own PPA with ubuntugis dependency [3]. I see two options:
* promote UbuntuGIS Unstable (which contains fresh versions) * copy packages from UbuntuGIS unstable to your PPA (or in opposite direction). The most important would be to maintain packages in same git repo [2]. What do you think?
