Hi, You need also to install the qgis-server package because libraires for the services are provided by this package:
/usr/lib/qgis/server /usr/lib/qgis/server/libdummy.so /usr/lib/qgis/server/libwcs.so /usr/lib/qgis/server/libwfs.so /usr/lib/qgis/server/libwms.so /usr/lib/qgis/server/libwmts.so Without these libraries the server api is not working as expected, may be these libs should be part of libqgis-serverX.Y.Z ? So, If I summarize, in order to have a functional server API on buster, one need to install - python3-qgis - qgis-server (which depends on qgis-providers) Is that a transitional scheme ?
