Hi, It seems you don't have oracle instantclient (oci) installed in a place where QGIS could find it.
If you take a look in CMakeCache.txt (in your build folder where there is qgis.sln), you need to have this two lines correctly set //Path to a file. OCI_INCLUDE_DIR:PATH=C:/OSGeo4W64/include //Path to a library. OCI_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=C:/OSGeo4W64/lib/oci.lib I think you need to install the two package oci and oci-devel with OSGEO4W installer et restart package.cmd (or package-nightly.cmd).
