I want to thank the QGIS team for preparing the new OSGeo4W installer that does not require sysadmin privileges. I have tried it on two computers where I did not have sysadmin privileges and it worked. That is so awesome! I can't wait until it gets out of the experimental phase and becomes the default installer.
